De Frietschap

The biggest plus is the transfer lift, I couldn’t live without it

“We got to know the Kiremko fryer in the snack bar we took over at the time,” begins Sam Zahedi, owner of De Frietschap in Ghent. “We were very satisfied with this fryer and therefore chose Kiremko again. The representative visited us at the start of the sales process and considered with us the best placement of the fryer. He looked at which layout would be most efficient and gave clear explanations of the various options.”

Professional placement and clear costs

The installation of the Kiremko fryer went very professionally. “It was immediately clear that all the technicians were knowledgeable,” says Sam. “On top of that, we didn’t have to worry about unexpected costs; the cost picture was clear right from the start.”

Strong devices and efficient operation

“Kiremko fryers are really strong appliances; we use them vigorously and a lot,” Sam continued. “On some days, we pre-bake fifty to sixty times. The transfer lift and working with baskets make the process much more efficient; we can have up to six orders baked at the same time. The heat exchangers reduce fat burning and give off their heat completely.”

Sustainability and cost savings

“In our pans with heat exchangers, the grease lasts a day longer,” Sam explains. “In times when oil costs a lot of money, every extra day is crucial and nice.” This efficiency and durability make the Kiremko fryer a worthwhile investment for De Frietschap.

Excellent service

“The service department at Ciers Cooking is very accessible, even on weekends. If we have problems at busy times, they are flexible enough to come by very quickly. Ciers Cooking goes far to serve the customer as quickly as possible,” Sam concludes.

Thanks to the Kiremko fryer, De Frietschap in Ghent can work efficiently and with high quality, resulting in satisfied customers and better operating results.
